Spring Is Starting to Spring

Noticed that the breaking up of the ice has begun to bring out the birds on the river. Today I saw a gull patrolling the length of the Chenango River, and the Eagle has returned after a 3 week absence. The Chenango is STILL frozen through most of the length of the river behind the Binghamton Plaza, from the new bridge to the RR bridges near Clinton ST.
