30 July 2008, Approximately 7:45pm.

After the conclusion of the local Rush VFD Fireman's Parade, 2 cars collide approximately 2 miles south of Lawton on PA Route 367. More than 6 individuals involved. Injuries were serious enough to require two MedEvac Helicopters.

Guthrie and Geisinger MedEvacs responded. Guthrie arrived at 8:28pm. Giesinger arrived at 9:08pm.

Seen here in these pictures, the Fireman have setup landing zones for the helicopters in the field owned by Eugene Swetland, next to Swetland Pond.
