Broome County Watershed

Broome County watershed #7 at the corner of Ardmore st and River Dr hasn't been cleaned out since the flood of 2011.
There is still debris in this drainage pond. If water was to get high in the drainage pond, the debris would flow up against the gate for the water to flow out into the creek. Once all the debris blocked the spillway, the water would overflow onto the roads. Broome County mowed the floodwall already this year but they didn't clean up the debris that lays on the floodwall and in the drainage pond. There's a wooden deck still sitting on the floodwall since 2011 flood, there's debris that needs to be cleaned out of the drainage pond. Whose job is it, to make sure that ALL drainage ditches, street drains and drainage ponds ?

As a friend and I walked the floodwall, we noticed plywood laying in a small pile near the base of the floodwall, mu guess that its been there since the 2011 flood. The drainage ditch that runs along the bottom of the floodwall is visible in spots,
