The Tuskegee Airmen were at Tri-Cities airport along with the P51 aircraft that they flew during World War 2 This is the flyby as the P51 was departing.

i was there! it was sweet, we were doing O-Flights for Civil Air Patrol and saw that plane land, the T-6 and the yellow bi-plane land.
