Chris Acer is 90 years old, he lives next door to me. He bought a new scooter at the Delaware County fair. Today he had a blast ridding it. He has all he can do to walk, and yet he still rode this scooter down Scotch Hill Rd. on Sunday afternoon. We were all concerned, He wouldn't give up. He did it. It just goes to show, your never to old to have fun. He did great. If you look at the pipe on the back you will notice his cane. don't leave home with out it.
