I went to Applefest with my daughter and her boyfriend, and in spite of the rain and the mudpies in our shoes, we had a great time. We saw booth after booth of beautiful crafts and aromatic foods, and we thoroughly enjoyed funnelcakes sprinkled with powdered sugar. I plan to go again next year - rain or no rain!
