Here are some pictures of Girl Scout Troop 37 of GMU. This troop of girls is very special, they love to volunteer & help out anywhere they are needed. They are currently volunteering time at the Delaware Valley Humane Society, playing with the animals & helping them get socialized & used to children so that they are all ready to go home with a nice family.
Their goal is to help make everyone aware of the great animals at this shelter who need loving homes and give them the love they need while waiting.
The girls also like to go to the Hampshire house adult home in Oneonta & sing to the residents- Halloween & Christmas carols.
These girls will be helping out a lot this year and have already achieved so much in their time as scouts. They have made cookbooks, blankets & cards for wounded soldiers, hosted self defense demos, cake decorating days and dances, they also do gardening & park clean up in GIlbertsville.
