At approximately 6 PM Nov. 15, 2008 2 cars collided at the corner on Grand Blvd. and Crestmont Rd. in Binghamton. 4 police vehicles, 2 ambulances, 1 fire truck and 2 wreckers responded. At least 2 people were injured. This is the 4th accident at this intersection that I've documented this year. I don't know how many I've missed. This rate of accidents has been ongoing since at least the year 2000. How many more must occur before the city takes action to control this situation?
