445 Chenango ST. in Binghamton is undergoing restoration by it's new owner, Casey Tombs. As you can see the upper stories are already taking shape as the window frames and surrounding woodwork are repainted. Work is also being done on the main structure of the house as original siding is revealed and repainted.
