Friday evening Downtown Owego Marketplace came to life with it's Second annual Lights on the River festival.Hundreds of People packed the downtown area for Holiday shopping... Free coffee and hot chocolate were offered to shoppers free of charge from The Salvation Army and other local area buisness'.We all braved the chilly evening to enjoy the highlight of the night with a wonderfull Fireworks display..Merry Christmass to all from Garry Paul,
