(Downtown Binghamton) - The courthouse as seen from the roof of the building where I work. It was another pleasant *looking* day outside what with typical winter time high pressure systems bringing beautiful blue skies, but also the cold temps too. The forecast is calling for a potential 5+ inches of new snow coming in a day or two though so... we'll take what we can get weather-wise for now.
