Joshua Perry, 22 at the end of the month, from Johnson City has been growing his hair since the age of 11 and has just donated his hair to Locks of Love for the third time. Taken from the Locks of Love website: "Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis."
