Over night the city of Endicott was hit by a mystery artist that left the mark of FFL 21. Was this a graffiti artist or perhaps a gang related tagging to develop a turf area? The image was spray painted throughout Endicott and even made its way to West Corners, were a CVS store was dramatically tagged with the image.

I've seen quite a few of these around. I always wondered what it was. It's fun to look around for them.

I do know what this means..,,???It means that I am a lazy,disrespectfull,young adult looking for attention that I do not get at home or any place else,I use taxpayer money 'i.e.' Welfare ,to buy spray paint in a can,and Huff the left overs.Poor Kids?
