Yesterday I witnessed another sign of the times.

When I shop at the Wal-Mart in Norwich, I look over at the gas station to see the price of gas (gas prices fluctuate so much in Norwich and are usually a bit pricier than other parts of the country). Instead of seeing the price, I witnessed the tractor-trailer taking away the fuel. They were draining the tanks. The station at the Route 12 Wal-Mart location is closed.
