While taking a drive in the country just North of Laurens, NY Saturday afternoon, there were several turkeys in the field near a house searching for food. They appeared to be completely unafraid that we'd stopped to take their picture. We saw several turkeys as well as numerous deer in the fields everywhere that day. Were they taking advantage of the good weather before a change....possibly some snow??
