Downtown Binghamton is getting dressed up and colorful in preparation for the upcoming St Patty's Day festivities. Downtown streets are lined with Irish flags flying brightly and Court St. has a brand new stripe of green freshly painted right down the middle of it. Hopefully the weather will hold up to make for a festive atmosphere at the parade on Saturday.
