Truck loses wheels in Village of Owego

I was driving by the corner of North and Main in Owego at around noon on Tuesday March 17th, 2009, when I came upon this interesting occurrence. A large truck had lost it's rear wheels. The tractor was sitting about 5 feet behind the trailer and the rear end of the trailer was sitting on the ground. It took several cranes and a lot of hard work to get the rig back together. It made for a very interesting story on St Patrick's Day.
