Our neighbors found this dog along Route 7 in Nineveh. They tied it up and were unable to get near it last night. I, on the other hand was able to pet him. He has a red collar with silver metal. Friendly, when not scared or frightened. Please contact the Nineveh County Store @ (607)693-1313 or Ashlee @ 693-1163. I guess the dog warden is suppose to come tonight, but the dog broke loose. If the dog warden catches him, he will most likely be taken to the Binghamton Shelter. Anyone who knows who this dog belongs, please contact us, for the dog's sake.
