After commuting back & forth from Greene to Binghamton for 40 years, I finally stopped in Chenango Forks by the bridge, over the Chenango River, and saw the old Chenango Canal with it's stone locks. It's a very nice spot with a nice road/trail between the canal and the river, that I think goes all the ways to State Park.
