New York State Detachment Color guard parades in Endicott. Sons of the American Legion Squadron 82 is the current New York State Detachment Color Guard. The group was selected to represent New York State's Sons of the American Legion Color Guard. The group parades in local parades as well as in the New York State American Legion's convention parade. This is the first time that the group has been named the Detachment Color Guard.
