Returning home after an extensive road trip, the lawn badly needed attention. I saw gray fur in one area and was curious why it was there. Upon examination, it was a bunny nest with at least 4 babies in it. I covered it back up and left it undisturbed. Mother would return each evening and stand guard nearby.
Today they are gone. Perhaps she coaxed them to move?
