While walking on a path through the woods I was startled by a deer bounding off to my right, when I looked in front of me there was this fawn standing there and walked right up to me.I was carefull not to touch it told how cute he was and continued on my only to have it follow me! I tried to shoo it and told him to go find it Mama but it kept following until it heard a dog bark and layed down next to the path. I ran home got my camera and got my kids cause they wouldn't forgive me,went back and took these photos. I checked before dark and it was gone. So I assume and hope he's back with mama.

What an awesome once in a lifetime experience. You're a good parent to be sure to share it with your children. So glad you had a camera and it was still there waiting for you. Fantastic catch!
