Motorized hang glider over Heritage Country Club

I was out for a pedal bicycle ride on Watson Blvd by Harry L. Drive and heard something overhead. I looked up to see this motorzed hang glider and as I stopped and took out my cellphone camera it came back by overhead about three times to check me out ...or maybe pose for a photo!
