for the second time in 3 yrs our home and property on dunbar rd in windsor ny has been flooded. this time on june 19, 2009 rain waters flooded our property rushing across the road. this is the property of the pennay family.

Just a little insight to whom it may concern maybe the town should look into were the water is being diverted from. your friends may be the ones dumping on you. Good Luck!!

Just got a look at this! Incredible! Ask the town if they want you to keep paying town taxes??? Ask what they do with the money!!! Maybe they would like a law suite??

WOW!!! This is the second time they have been flooded? Where has the town of Winsor been? Why was nothing done to prevent the second time from happening? If I was you Debpen I would start SCREAMING at the town.. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
