We live in the Town of Binghamton. I was driving home & noticed what appeared to be soap build-up on the sides of Brady Hill road - I wondered what they'd been using on the roads. I drove into our driveway & there was lots of it. I let out our Zeke, who was really upset when the last of the snow melted. he immediately went to the nearest pile & started eating the hail, then laid down in it. I had to take pictures - I didn't think anyone would believe me.
