I ( Chris Barnhart of Johnson City NY ) had the great fortune to have a ticket to ride last night for the opening balloon launch over the city. The weather tried to hold us down but we found a break in the clouds and made our way to lower court street and the shouts and cheers of thrilled "grounds people" who were wonderfully helpful with our soft touch down. The view up there is like nothing one could imagine, I will try to share my excitment with others but i know all I can really tell people is JUST DO IT!!!

Now that was a good seat to have for shooting this event! Lucky you, and nice shots. ;)
