Among hot air balloonists making their first visit to Spiedie Fest were the Montgolfieres crew from St. Jean-sur-Richelieu near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Theirs was the last balloon launched Saturday, and sported a character face that smiled back at onlookers as it lifted off to the north from Otsiningo Park.
