A 68 or 69 year old woman got arrested for paint chipping off of her building, yet it is okay for Yanda's bar to be falling in? This place is right on the corner of where i live Baxter Street. Everyday i walk past it, it makes me feel disgraced to live in Binghamton. The City of Binghamton has no problem locking up old ladies for paint, and citing working people for their grass being to high, but they'd have a problem citing the people down the street whose grass is almost as high as their fence or locking up actual criminals? Now I'm not saying all people should be locked up for a crime. Especially if it's there first offense, yes they should be given another chance, but you're throwing an old lady in jail for PAINT! Look at that bar, and tell me it's not as bad as chipped paint, because I'll tell you you're a liar!
Yandas bar.
