The crew at Otsiningo Park has been working hard to bring the park back into it's normal GREEN condition. The heavy rains and Speedie Fest and Balloon Rally left lots of brown and bare areas where mowed grass was. Finally they had to resort to spraying on the green using a large truck and attached sprayer....see photo. This sprayed on stuff should turn into grass soon.
