On Saturday, August 15, 2009, I was fishing off the back of our pontoon boat at Plymouth Reservoir (a private lake west of the City of Norwich). I usually get a pickerel, sunny, small mouth bass or maybe a perch. But on Saturday, I knew I had something heavier than the fish listed above...
I thought maybe a huge carp....but as soon as the mouth of the fish came to the surface of the lake, I knew I had a good sized Largemouth Bass. I hollered to my husband (who was the otherside of the camp) HELP,... I've never had one this big on my line before....my husband helped me net the fish....
I decided to catch and release (but I thought to get my camera, so I would have proof of the catch).
