While kayaking late this afternoon on Goodyear Lake near Cooperstown NY we observed a Bald Eagle flying low over the lake. It finally landed on a tree limb along the bank and allowed us to paddle rather close. One of natures most beautiful creatures.

Thank you. I took several pictures....this eagle didn't seem to mind my prescense in the least. There are several in the area and I'd really enjoy getting some photos of another one in flight.
