Thursday evening, the 3rd of September, was the final race for the 2009 Tioga Velo Club's weekly points races at the "Singer Circuit" course in Kirkwood, NY. Tioga Velo Club is the greater Binghamton N.Y. area's oldest and premier performance oriented cycling club. The club was established in the early 1980's and is still going strong today. The Singer Circuit race is one of TVC's most continuously used courses year after year, and remains one of the most popular amongst its membership.
