Ever hit that bump in the road that just might cause you to crash.....that is what appears happened here tonight on Rt. 17 East Bound on Clappers Corner. There has been a small section of road in the driving lane with a buckled area of blacktop that makes the average driver come unearthed from their car seat as they caress the bump. This unfornunate driver may not have a good outlook tonight after hitting this bump.
