State police respond to a 2 car MVA in Owego

Accident in Owego Sends 2 to Hospitals

Route 434 in Owego was closed for over an hour in both directions after a 2 car motor vehicle accident occurred there at approximately 7:30 Monday morning, just inside the village line. Both occupants of the vehicles were taken to area hospitals. The driver of the car, which was broadsided by the minivan, was ejected from her vehicle. Local residents, including a nurse that lives next to the scene, helped care for her until the Owego Emergency Squad arrived. She had been wearing her seatbelt. The driver of the van reported that she was unable to avoid the collision.

It does say this "The driver of the car, which was broadsided by the minivan," That does state that the minivan broadsided the driver of the car.

where does it say the van was at fault? it doesn't. it clearly says the van was unable to avoid the collision. obviously that one sentence shows that the van was not at fault. calm down.
