With winter coming very fast work to finish the river walk has reached a fever pace. Erosion control work is nearly done and construction on the actual path has begun. We are coming into a new and exciting time for the Village of Owego. It will be interesting to see how this is going to effect the "Lights on the River" ceremony this December.
