I have been looking for a cat named Panda, for a friend of mine, for over a month now. She was last seen at 11:00 AM on the morning of August 21, 2009 on Laurel Ave in Johnson City. She is about a year old, she is a mostly white cat with 3 black markings on her head and a solid black tail.
