Illumination Blocks and landscaping are being added as the River Walk in Owego, NY nears completion, The walk is designed to alleviate the problem of the river eroding the banks at the rear of the Historic buiklding that line the river on Front Street. Also hoped for is an increase of tourism to the area and the village.
