I took a walk on the, not as yet completed, River Walk in Owego today. It is a pleasurable 0.7 mile stroll that takes you under the new Court Street Bridge from Draper park at the west end to Ahwaga Park on the east end. The walkway is patterned to resemble a true boardwalk and there are meriads of plantings already installed all along the entire length.
