Riverwalk in Owego will encourage store owners to upgrade or maintain their buildings. Barleycorn is among the first to demonstrate such. The lights on the Riverwalk are being installed and should be turned on by friday.

all that will be gone by fall ...what a nice way to flush cash down the river..During this years flooding, when the river is flowing with huge chunks of ICE,all of that nice stuff will be LOST..We should enjoy it now....
