The new Riverwalk may officially open on December 4th to coincide with the Lights on the River Festival which is held every year in December. Along with all the normal bridge, street and business lighting there will be lights all along the walkway. The light blocks also act as convenient seating along the way. If you haven't been to Owego for awhile you should come and enjoy the many fine events that are offered.
