18 Dec 09 - Varsity basketball action in northern Tioga County as the Cardinals of Newark Valley hosted the visiting team from Watkins Glen. The game was pretty close through the first half, but Watkins Glen took over in the 2nd half of the game with a combination of better ball control and more consistent free throwing. Watkins Glen would go on to win this one 68-54.
