Big Wally from classic rock, 99.1 The Whale, lost his on air Super Bowl bet to his Partner, Lee Ann Taylor... so he had to pay off the bet by marching in the annual St. Paddys day Parade in downtown Binghamton, wearing a cheerleading outfit, and singing the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints fight song, "Who Dat," for the entire distance of the parade route!
