Cats in NY

cats were photographed in East Corning

These cats are said to not exist in NY by our DEC however these pictures were taken in January 2010, just east of Corning, Believe it, they are here and DEC will not admit it. the NYS DEC Policy is Deny it always, and these are not Bobcats, they are Mountain Lions

I got these a year ago, said they were in Livingston Manor. there are actually 3 pictures and you can zoom in one and see the Colorado license plate. It's a big hoax.

If these pics are suspect, please provide some links that show the same pics in other parts of the country.

Receievd this e-mail back in november that they were in the Catskills - I believe this to be a photo-shopped pic

Wow you learn something new every day. Leave it to DEC to deny it...these cats certainly aren't your garden variety domesticated kitties. Although I haven't seen any mtn. lions in the Catskill mtns. It will be only a matter of time.

BEAUTIFUL!!! I live in Oneonta and always thought we had some around here. Was this a one time thing or do you get to regularly see them? I hope everything goes well for them.

These cats do not live in groups they are loners , so for three to be seen together it is either mama and two babys or three siblings not seperated from each other yet. Awesome pics. congrats.....
