The Broome County Dragons members of the Empire Football League and Binghamton's Semi-Pro Football team will be holding Player Sign up's Wednesday March 31, 2010 at Mad Moose located at 53 Chenango street Binghamton, NY. The Event will be held at 7:00pm-9:00pm. This will be for Any player who would like to join the team for the 2010 season.
