There were plenty of avid skiers enjoying blue skies and soft snow at Killington Resort in Vermont the weekend of April 10th. Saturday started with snow on the windshields and temperatures in the 30s. There were blue skies both Saturday and Sunday afternoons with temps in the 40s and 50s. A variety of trails were still open off the Superstar and the Snowshed lifts giving the skiers several options each run down the mountain.
In Vermont, Killington, Sugarbush and Jay Peak resorts are still open for skiing. Wildcat Mountain in New Hampshire will open again next weekend. Sugarloaf and Sunday River, both located in Maine are also still open for skiing.
