This is part of the reason my allergies were acting up this week end. But I don't care. It's smelled as sweet as it looked and the bees were buzzing all around them.

It probably isn't the apple trees causing your allergies to act up, they have a heavy pollen that stays in place, thus the bees. What is wreaking havoc are the wind borne pollens, poplar, ash, maple, etc. So enjoy the apple trees in all their glory.
