Albany held its annual Tulip Festival this past weekend. Honoring its Dutch heritage, girls in traditional Dutch costume, including wooden shoes, performed the ceremonial scrubbing of State Street Friday just below the New York State Capitol (seen in background). Though flowers bloomed early this year, Washington Park still showed off beds upon beds of tulips of many shapes and colors. (See more photos next submission)
