Dutch Girls Scrub State Street, Albany

Albany Tulip Fest Honors Dutch Heritage

Albany held its annual Tulip Festival this past weekend. Though flowers bloomed early this year, Washington Park still showed off beds upon beds of tulips of many shapes and colors. (See more photos next submission)
