Local Veterans Group honors Floyd West

This morning May 29th the local Broome County chapter of Veterans For Peace honored recently deceased member Floyd West by dedicating the "Adopt a Highway" sign at Court and Chapman Streets in his honor. it was fitting indeed that Floyd a WW II veteran, who spearheaded Veterans For Peace efforts in this community project be so honored.
