For the second time in less than a year, a downed electric line has caused a stir on Front street,
Just in front of the "Pompelly House".
Luckily it caused little problems for the Art Festival that had already wound down.
Neighbors of Owego came out to wittiness this early "4th of July fireworks in the street".
Owego Police arrived on the location a short time later, securing the location and awaited NYSEG.
No injuries were reported.
